  • Two sets of JJ-slits with hybrid blades before sample
  • Multiple axes sample stage (x, y, z, pitch, yaw, and roll) (mounting holes M4*4 60mm * 60mm)
  • Photodiode, APD, Area detectors
  • 12 m vacuum pipe (selectable distance: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 meters)
  • On-site inverted microscope

Sample Environments

  • Liquid/solid sample cells with temperature control (water-chiller and heating rods)
  • 9-holes easy-mounting sample plate without temperature control
  • Piezoelectric stage with interferometer for CDI and ptychography
    piezo stage

  • Sample plate for GI-SAXS and GI-WAXS
  • Tensile stage
  • LB trough

Control System and Data Analysis

  • EPICS and CS-Studio for beamline and endstation control
  • Data reduction (SAXS) and calculation (XPCS) programs with graphic interface
  • GPU computation system for data analysis (K40 and DGX-1)

Bragg CDI

We have installed the equipments for the Bragg CDI measurements. The design concept is as below figure. There is an additional rotational stage for a detector, in-vacuum Eiger X 1M. The travelling range of sample to detector distance is from few tens centermeter to 2 meters.
