20A Two-Dimensional X-ray Diffraction

2DXRD

High throughput and versatility structure analysis

TPS20A at Taiwan Photon Source (TPS) will be a high throughput and world-leading materials science facility. The beamline intends to build at a bending magnet port 20A at the 3 GeV ring TPS. The low divergence and high brilliance of the synchrotron X-ray source at TPS is appropriate for powder X-ray diffraction and grazing incidence X-ray diffraction experiments. For the experimental station, a large sensitive area and small pixel size area detector joint with a highly flexible sample stage is sufficient to meet the needs of versatile researchers in all aspects of the study.
